Dr. Haitham Nobanee He is an assistant professor of finance at the College of Business Administration, Abu Dhabi University, U.A.E. He received his doctorate degree from the University of Manchester. He is an author of numerous publications in international refereed journals. He is also an editor, associate editor, guest editor, and member of the editorial board of various international refereed journals. He is also a reviewer of many international journals including Journal of Empirical Finance, Journal of Business Research, and Applied Economic Series. He also presented papers and served in numerous international conferences as editor of conference proceedings, track chair, reviewer and discussant of conference papers. Arun Kumar Deshmukh He is a research scholar (Ph.D.) and UGC- Junior Research Fellow (UGC-JRF) at Faculty of Management Science, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. He did MBA (Marketing and International Business) from Bhopal
University, one year Executive Program for Young Professionals (EPYP) from IIM-
Calcutta, and three months Faculty Development Programme in Management
(FDPM) from IIM- Indore. His research interests are Demand/Supply
Chain Management, and Distribution & Channel Management, Relationship
